MATRADE Business Library has close to 20,000 titles of reference materials and 23 databases. This collection consists of books, directories, periodicals, CDs, video tapes, diskettes, cassettes, seminar papers and photographs.

Online Databases Area 

MATRADE Business Library provides 12 online computers for the users to access to MATRADE Online databases and subscribed databases.

Customer  Service Counter

This island shaped counter is specially designed, centrally placed and manned by polite and knowledgeable officers to assist users in getting information and handling reference enquiries.

WIFI (Wireless Internet Access)

MATRADE Business Library provides users with the WIFI facilities which enable  users to have access to wireless internet connection. 

Meeting and discussion rooms

• There are two meeting rooms:
  • Bestari room - can accommodate 20 persons
  • Aspirasi room - can accommodate 10 persons
•  Discussion room
  • This room can accommodate 4 persons

Theme Area

The theme area is created with the concept of a mini exhibition. Every month the theme will be changed. Companies that are involved in this mini exhibition will display their products and brochures based on the theme. Business Library also displays directories, books and market reports, relevant to the theme.

Bookshop

Some business / trade related directories and tariff are sold in this bookshop. These publications are published by MATRADE and also other publishers such as FMM, Malaysia Customs Department and etc.

A special area for users who need privacy and quiet place to do their research

Reading Corner

MATRADE Business Library provides comfortable reading area for its users. This is to inculcate reading habits among the users and MATRADE officers.

Multimedia Room

This room is equipped with multimedia facilities to enable users to learn a variety of languages from our language collection as well as access to other multimedia materials.

Photo Collection Room

Currently we have thousands of photos in the form of hardcopies and softcopies. All photos taken during MATRADE trade fairs, trade missions and anything that relates to MATRADE activities are kept in this room.

Waiting area

A modern and comfortable area equipped with newspapers for users to read.
